HMB chosen as a TopCAT Award Finalist
HMB Information System Developers, a leading technology consulting firm located in Columbus, Ohio, has been chosen as a finalist for the 2006 Top Contributors to the Advancement of Technology (TopCAT) Award in the "Outstanding Product" category.
Hosted by Tech Columbus, the TopCAT awards recognize companies with outstanding achievement in advanced logistics, life sciences, manufacturing, and information technology.
HMB’s AcceleGrants product was nominated for Outstanding Product of the Year among companies with 50 or fewer employees.
AcceleGrants is a modifiable-off-the-shelf web based grants management application that supports State Education Agencies with application and approval of the “No Child Left Behind” Entitlement Grants and numerous competitive grants.
AcceleGrants fulfills two primary objectives:
- Facilitate the effective and efficient access to state and federal funds in compliance with state and federal laws.
- Promote best practices for the use of those funds by encouraging integration and good planning practices.
