Hardware/Software Reimbursement Program: HMB will reimburse employees 50% on purchases they make on related hardware or software.

Quarterly Profit Sharing: The advantage of a small company is being an integral part of everyday business. HMB rewards employees for their hard work and dedication by making them equity owners in a profit sharing plan every quarter.

Year-end Deferred Profit Sharing: Another way HMB employees are rewarded and treated as vital assets to the firm.

Bonus Plan: This allows employees to be rewarded for individual performance based contributions.

Training Curriculum: HMB offers to pay for any additional training employees wish to pursue. This includes any learning material, classes, exams, etc.

Tuition Reimbursement: If an HMB employee decides to gain further education in related business areas, the firm will reimburse the cost of such tuition and classroom fees.

Vacation: The first year employee is given 12 days of annual vacation.

Employee Referral Bonus: A cash bonus is given to any employee who refers any person that is thereafter hired by the firm.

Internet Access and Email: Internet access and email are provided for all employees.

Maternity and Paternity Leave: Employees are given generous terms and conditions during time of pregnancy.

Flextime: If for some reason an employee has to work over the required 40 hours in a week, they are given flextime that can be taken as pay or vacation.

Wellness Program: Allows for 50% reimbursement of a gym membership and/or continuous exercise class such as yoga, pilates and kickboxing.
