We focus on developing solid business skills in our FTE (full-time employee) staff along with continuing to increase technical competencies.

We believe we have the best of both worlds at HMB with high-quality project work and a family-oriented atmosphere with where a 40-hour work week is typical.

We emphasize both people skills and technology training as we consistently monitor the changing trends in our industry. Our mentoring program ensures that you have someone available to bounce ideas off of when project issues arise.

You have the ability to take on different roles outside your current work, such as mentoring, continue to learn through on-going training and getting involved with industry organizations.

The Solutions and EGrants LOBs are key areas of staff development that require skills in:

HMB University

HMB University includes continuing education with hands-on events scheduled weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually to stay ahead of evolving technology. Additional programs include Lunch-and-Learns, Technology Deep Dives, and an annual Meet and Code. HMB also offers a 3 week introduction course for new hires and recent graduates called Grad Academy.
