HMB maintains a General Services Administration (GSA) contract for Information Technology Professional Services, Equipment, Equipment Maintenance, Software and Software Maintenance. SIN 132-8 - Purchase of Equipment - Includes complete lines of document imaging scanners from BÖWE BELL + HOWELL, Fujitsu, Panasonic, Canon and Kodak . In addition, the complete line of Brooktrout Fax Boards and Topaz Signature Pads are available under this SIN.
SIN 132-12 - Equipment Maintenance - Includes hardware maintenance support plans for BÖWE BELL + HOWELL, Fujitsu, Kodak, Panasonic, and Canon scanners, Brooktrout fax boards, and Topaz signature pads.
SIN 132-33 – Perpetual Software License – Includes RightFax enterprise fax and e-document delivery software, Workflow software, and Alchemy Document Management software by Open Text Inc. In addition, Kodak's capture software and Kofax Ascent Capture are available under this SIN.
SIN 132-34 - Software Maintenance - Includes software maintenance support plans for RightFax, Teamplate Workflow software, and Alchemy Document Management software provided by Open Text Inc.
