Tom Harris


Tom Harris has been developing business application systems for over 25 years. He has served in a variety of project team roles over the years, while excelling in the development environment and flourishing in leadership roles. During this time, Mr. Harris formed strong technical skills, and learned proven methodologies and project management techniques.

As a founding member of HMB, he has taken great pride in leading HMB from an idea back in 1994 to a successful, premier, and award winning IT Consulting firm based in Central Ohio.  HMB has enjoyed steady, sustainable growth while maintaining quality, excellence, and a penchant for successful delivery. Mr. Harris also is a firm believer in the phrase – “you win with people”.  He notes among his greater accomplishments is the culture that has been created by the people of HMB, people motivated by the same mission to create a company and work environment that motivates, achieves, satisfies, and a place where people like to work. 

Mr. Harris received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Sciences from the College of Engineering at The Ohio State University and also played college baseball for the Buckeyes (1987 Co-Captain).
