John Mackessy (left)
John Mackessy has spent the last 17 years as an information systems professional. During his career, Mr. Mackessy has excelled in project management and the successful implementation of mission critical software applications. These applications are from a wide variety of industries including Government, Public Utilities, Insurance, and Retail.
Through careful understanding of user and business needs and by taking advantage of the technology available, Mr. Mackessy has helped clients achieve the best use of their computer resources.
Mr. Mackessy graduated from Kenyon College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and obtained a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from Northeastern University.
Tom Harris (seated left)
Tom Harris has been developing business application systems for over 15 years. He started his career at Columbia Gas Distribution Company, excelling as a software designer and programmer in the development of two separate application systems. In partnership with Andersen Consulting, Mr. Harris created state-of-the-art business application systems that are still in use today. During this time, Mr. Harris formed strong technical skills, and learned proven methodologies and project management techniques.
In consulting engagements, Mr. Harris has served as a Developer, Technical Lead, and Project Manager. These roles have allowed him to expand his skills in delivering customer-oriented business solutions.
Mr. Harris received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Sciences from the College of Engineering at The Ohio State University.
Bob Raymond (center)
Bob Raymond has over 15 years of experience in the information technology industry. Over this time, Mr. Raymond has excelled in all aspects of system development and project management. His architectural expertise has enabled him to recommend and establish application development platforms (and numerous business applications) for a variety of clients. Mr. Raymond’s industry experience includes Publishing, Insurance, and Public Utilities.
Mr. Raymond is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer and a pioneer of HMB’s certification practices. He has been a leader of HMB’s evolution into new technologies and continuing education efforts. Mr. Raymond plays an active role in establishing and refining the company’s training policies and guidelines.
Mr. Raymond joined HMB in 1997 and became a partner with the firm in 2003. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Sciences from The Ohio State University.
Patrick J. Brennan (seated right)
Patrick J. Brennan is a 21-year veteran of the information systems profession. He gained much of his experience as an internal computer systems staff member with several Fortune 500 organizations. He has held increasingly responsible technical, management, and planning positions with Unisys, Philips Magnavox, Coleco Industries, and Kaman Aerospace.
Mr. Brennan's expertise in requirements definition, workflow re-engineering, project management, and system implementation has enabled him to assist a variety of clients in the insurance, financial, distribution, and government industries.
Mr. Brennan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and management information systems from Bowling Green State University (OH).
Mark Buchy (right)
Mark Buchy has over 15 years of experience in the information systems profession. Prior to joining HMB, Mr. Buchy held a position as Senior Technology Manager with Andersen Consulting. Mark specialized in the implementation of mission critical Imaging and Workflow applications. He was the leader of the Imaging Technology Competency Group for all of Ohio for Andersen Consulting.
Mr. Buchy has achieved success in all phases of the system development life cycle, with extensive experience in client/server solutions. He specializes in the management and implementation of Workflow, Document Management and Imaging systems in the government and financial services industry.
Mr. Buchy joined HMB in September of 1997 and became a partner with the firm in March of 1999. He attended Miami University and graduated cum laude, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in System Analysis.
